• Items may be exchanged or returned while the courier is present upon delivery, or within 3 working days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for delivery fees associated with exchanges or returns.

• Customized pieces, including items adjusted to personal measurements or special requests, are not eligible for exchange or return.
